Environmental Health annual audit

Representatives from Environmental Health arrived unannounced on site on Thursday 18th February to carry out their annual audit, in order to determine our Food Hygiene rating. The Technical team facilitated the site tour with the senior management team, and completed the audit paperwork review. The audit was a success, with Welsh Pantry achieving Level 5 status for the second consecutive year. Well done Welsh Pantry!
